Child nutrition doesn’t imply only for the proper weight but also for the healthy development of brain and overall body development. Children diet should be in such a way so as to avoid serious diseases like chronic diseases, brain disorders, and lung diseases. Even though you child may appear to have proper weight, there is a possibility of under-nourishment. Under-nourishment doesn’t mean that you are poor but it means that the food consuming by your child is not providing necessary nutrients to the body.

Force your child to eat food at moderate times in smaller proportions, so that they do not feel hungry. Shift the menu every week in such a way so that your child can find many choices and do not get bored.
