How does Nutrition relate to weight Loss?
Weight loss is currently the most pursued thing. Everyone thinks that the cause of their problem is their weight and starts cutting down on food, which in turn harms such people even more. Avoiding and ignoring hunger pangs causes your abdominal muscles to retract causing diseases associated with the appendix, liver, and kidneys.
If you really want to lose weight, do not ever go on crash diets. Opt for healthy food instead. You may think that how do you know if a food is healthy or not. It was difficult in the era when you had less access to information. But in this age of the internet, almost everyone has access to plenty of information. Of course, some information may be wrong. This is why I suggest that you double check for each food qualities.
For weight loss, begin with your breakfast. Remove heavy food items from the table. Put in white bread with green salads. You can change over to eggs somewhere but not the ones prepared in oil, but boiled ones. Most people avoid dairy products to lose weight. This is the biggest mistake they make. Milk proteins have the tendency to break the fat molecules and dissolve them in the water in your body, which is released by excretion and perspiration.
