Aerobic exercise helps to increase heart beat rate and makes the body light for you. Walking is the best aerobic exercise. Body cannot use the fat content unless you do some exercise.

Exercise pumps the energy into your body to use the fat content stored in your body. Time also plays a major role in the weight control program. Time for aerobic exercise should be increased day by day, to see quick results.

It must be included in our lifestyle to keep ourselves health even though our weight is in control.
