Water versus Weight Loss
As per studies, the human body is around 90 per cent water and rest is other material that includes fat as well. Water treatment to the body is an alternative method to weight loss. You need not go anywhere to implement this program. The basis of this treatment is that the water we drink or any kind of liquids has some important minerals while also carrying some destructive material.
The human metabolism structure is such that the body keeps the required material while the unwanted or excess material is released through perspiration and urine. Based on this model, the researchers have suggested that drinking excess of water in relation to the solid foods you have is beneficial to the body. It acts two-way. You stay fit and young while losing weight slowly yet steadily.
It is advised to take water as mineral water or pure distilled water. Additives such as sugar or caffeine add to the calories which you need to burn out. These things add to your weight. However, some amount of sugar and tea/coffee is necessary to keep us going. To counter these, have up to 10 full glasses of water each day. The pure water dilutes the unwanted material, for instance sugar, and releases it through urine or perspiration.
Using Oxygen to Reduce Weight
If you have been looking for an appropriate weight loss program, you must have come across the oxygen therapy. There are several clinics that employ oxygen therapy to reduce weight. The human body is composed of a number of chemicals with the main ones being oxygen, carbon, and hydrogen.
As per chemistry, if oxygen is combined with carbon, it will produce carbon di oxide, which is release when we breathe out. And when oxygen is combined with hydrogen, it produces water that is released through excretion. This is the simple logic for obtaining the desired results. You can achieve this in two methods.
The first one is to practice at a clinic where they will put you on oxygen masks and release oxygen so that you breathe more of fresh air containing oxygen. This continues for a definite period of time per day. There are mixed results.
The other one is based on Ayurveda. You need fresh and open space. In the early mornings, before the vehicles are out on road, sit back or just lie down and take deep breathes. This is almost equivalent to the above method but is more effective.
